The plenum boxes used for VRV and VCV equipment are designed to distribute the air before it is diffused through the end elements. Depending on the intended use, the plenum boxes are insulated (on the inside or outside) with armaflex or uninsulated.

The plenum boxes are equipped with one or more nozzles suitable for connection of flexible circular ducts, spiro ducts or rectangular ducts. If needed, with the purpose of controlling the air distribution, they can be equipped with dampers.

The reducer is used as connection between pipes of different cross sections.

For standard duct dimensions, variants 1, 2, 3 and 4 can be used. Additional parameters f and e are available for defining non standard reducers. Supplied with flanged ends.

The silencer is mounted on a duct section with the purpose of reducing the noise generated by the airflow and/or caused by the fan’s vibration.

The casing is made of galvanized steel. Sound-absorbing panels are installed on the inside faces, (panel width “p” is 100 or 200 mm, depending on the noise reduction requirement and on the pressure drop).

Used for transport of air in ventilation systems. Air ducts (channels) are manufactured by means of automated processes from galvanized sheet steel coils, using specialized equipment that allowed us to evolve from the traditional manufacturing process and achieve high production efficiency and lower costs. Advantages: increased rigidity of the ducts due to “Z” shaped stiffening structure executed along the width of the sheet metal.

An important factor for the ventilation products is the lock seam. This type of folding leads to a great tightness, which has a positive impact on the systems operating costs.

Rectangular section piece used for connection between a flat surface and rectangular ducts; The smaller end is profiled for easy connection.
